HOG make em' squeal Jerky
Real Comanche County Mesquite Smoked Hog meat, USDA Certified pork, Mesquite smoked Pork, and vacuum sealed in 2.5 oz packs.
How is it made?
First I take 100% USDA certified farm raised Pork Loin. I then take the best cuts of meat from the pork and slice it into jerky strips. I add just the right spices and salt for preservative. Now the most important part--resting the pork meat. I rest the pork meat in a 33 deg cooler for 3 days. Once rested the pork meat is slow smoked over Texas Mesquite and then I rest the pork again for 3 days in the cooler after being smoked.

How is it packaged?
After the pork jerky has been smoked and rested for 3 days I cut the long pork loin strips in half and put 2.5 ounces of pork jerky into 4 mil. vacuum bags to hold the flavor and smoked goodness inside with the pork jerky. Now I add the labels and it is ready for you to try all the smoky goodness that is HOG make em' squeal Mesquite Smoked Pork Jerky. For the NEW Boar Bites product--I first cut the strips into bite sized, delicious pieces then put 2.3 ounces of bites per pack. It is now ready to send out to smoked meat and Jerky Lovers everywhere!
